Booking a Class - What you need to know.
Upon booking, please specify the area of focus you want to work on i.e.

• Business English
• IELTS Preparation
• General English

You're welcome to bring questions or share links to read to the lesson.

Class length:
Regular classes are 30 mins. Duration will vary depending on the terms agreed upon prior to the lesson.

Cancellation Policy:

• Advance notice of cancellation is required i.e. 12+ hours before the start of each class, and students will be credited with a class in lieu.
• Late cancellations i.e. cancellations made within 12 hours prior to each booking will not be refunded.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
